一、概述
PoseScene（境拍）是一款帮助你发现拍摄灵感、内置相机参数并后期调色的工具。我们高度重视你的隐私，本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储与保护你的信息。使用本应用即表示你同意本政策。
二、我们收集的信息
- 账户信息：使用 Apple 登录时，我们仅获取 Apple 提供的用户标识与（可选的）邮箱，用于关联你的账号、会员权益与收藏同步。
- 拍摄内容：你拍摄的照片在设备本地完成参数烘焙与处理，不会自动上传到我们的服务器；是否分享由你主动决定。
- 使用偏好：收藏、拍摄数量等数据保存在本地或你的账号下，用于改善推荐与多设备同步。
- 订阅信息：会员订阅状态与到期时间由 Apple 返回并保存在你的账号下，用于同步会员权益；我们不会获取你的支付凭证。
三、我们如何使用信息
我们仅将信息用于提供与维护服务、同步你的会员权益与收藏、以及改进内容推荐。我们不会将你的个人身份信息出售给第三方。
四、信息的存储与保存期限
我们遵循「最小必要」原则，仅在实现服务目的所必需的最短时间内保存你的信息：
- 账户信息：在账号存续期间保存；账号注销后 30 天内删除服务端相关数据。
- 订阅状态：在会员有效期结束后保留至对账完成，不超过 90 天。
- 你拍摄的照片仅在设备本地处理，不会上传服务器，因此不在我们的服务器保存。
⚠️ 保存期限为示例值，请按实际业务与法务要求核定后填写。
五、第三方共享与支付
会员订阅通过 Apple 内购（Auto-Renewable Subscription）完成，支付由 Apple 处理，我们不收集或存储任何支付凭证。为完成登录与订阅，我们会将 Apple 提供的用户标识与（可选的）邮箱提供给 Apple, Inc. 作为身份与支付处理方。除法律法规要求或为你提供服务所必需外，我们不会向第三方共享你的个人信息。
六、跨境传输
本应用使用 Apple 提供的登录与支付服务，相关用户标识、邮箱及订阅信息可能由 Apple 在其所在国家或地区处理与存储；我们部署的服务可能使用位于中国境外（如中国香港）的云服务器。跨境传输基于你使用本服务所必需，并受相应服务商隐私政策约束。
⚠️ 请确认服务器实际部署地域；如涉及个人信息出境，需按《个人信息保护法》履行出境合规义务（如单独同意、个人信息保护影响评估）。
七、你的权利
你可以随时在 App 内「退出登录」；如需永久删除账号及关联数据，可在 App 内「我的 → 注销账号」中操作（需二次确认），账号删除后我们将删除该用户相关的服务端数据。
八、儿童
本应用不面向 13 周岁以下儿童，我们不会故意收集儿童个人信息。

Privacy Policy
1. Overview
PoseScene is a tool that helps you discover shooting inspiration, apply built-in camera parameters, and color-grade your photos. We value your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use, store and protect it. Using this app means you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Account: With Sign in with Apple, we only receive the Apple-provided user identifier and (optional) email, used to link your account, membership benefits and favorites sync.
- Photos: Photos you take are processed locally on your device; they are not uploaded automatically. Sharing is your choice.
- Preferences: Favorites and shot counts are stored locally or under your account to improve recommendations and cross-device sync.
- Subscription: Membership status and expiry returned by Apple are stored under your account to sync benefits; we do not receive your payment credentials.
3. How we use it
We use information solely to provide and maintain the service, sync your membership and favorites, and improve recommendations. We do not sell your personal identifiers to third parties.
4. Storage & retention
We follow the principle of data minimization and keep your information only as long as necessary:
- Account data: kept while your account is active; server-side data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion.
- Subscription status: retained until reconciliation after membership expiry, no more than 90 days.
- Photos you capture are processed locally and never uploaded, so they are not stored on our servers.

5. Third parties & payments
Membership is fulfilled via Apple In-App Purchase (auto-renewable subscription); payments are handled by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment credentials. To enable sign-in and subscription, we share the Apple-provided user identifier and (optional) email with Apple, Inc. as the identity and payment processor. Except as required by law or necessary to provide the service, we do not share your personal information with third parties.
6. Cross-border transfer
This app uses Apple's sign-in and payment services; the related user identifier, email and subscription information may be processed and stored by Apple in its own country/region. Our services may be deployed on cloud servers located outside mainland China (e.g., Hong Kong). Such cross-border transfer is necessary to provide the service and is governed by the respective service providers' privacy policies.
⚠️ Please confirm the actual server location. If personal information is exported, comply with PIPL cross-border requirements (e.g., separate consent, PIPIA).
7. Your rights
You can sign out at any time in the app. To permanently delete your account and associated data, use "Me → Delete Account" in the app (requires a second confirmation); upon deletion we remove the associated server-side data.
8. Children
This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
