服务条款
一、使用许可
我们授予你在遵守本条款前提下使用本应用的非独占、可撤销的许可。请勿将本应用用于任何违法用途。
二、用户内容
你对自己拍摄与上传的内容负责，保证不侵犯他人权利、不含违法或侵权内容。你保留对所拍摄内容的所有权。
三、知识产权
应用内的软件、设计与文案归 PoseScene 所有；场景灵感与参数模板仅供个人学习使用，未经许可不得商业转售。
四、会员订阅（自动续费）
会员通过 Apple 内购以自动续费订阅方式提供。具体条款如下：
- 自动续费：订阅将在每个计费周期（月 / 年）结束前自动续费，除非你提前取消。
- 如何取消：你可以在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时，通过 iPhone「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中关闭自动续费或取消订阅；关闭后将在当前周期结束时停止，期间已付费权益不受影响。
- 续费价格：每次续费将按订阅时 App 内显示的对应周期价格从你的 Apple ID 账户扣费，价格可能与首订一致或随你在 App 内选择的套餐变化。
- 费用扣除：所有订阅费用均由 Apple 代为收取与处理，我们不收集或存储任何支付凭证。
- 免费试用：若你参与的套餐包含免费试用，试用结束将自动转为付费订阅，除非你在试用结束前至少 24 小时取消。
- 退款：退款依据 Apple 的退款政策处理，我们无法直接发起或保证退款结果。
- 恢复：你可在 App 内「恢复购买」以在换机或重装后恢复已有会员权益。
五、免责声明
本应用按"现状"提供，我们不保证绝对无中断或无误；因使用本应用产生的间接损失我们不承担责任。
六、适用法律与争议解决
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。因本条款产生的争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，提交运营主体所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。
七、条款变更与终止
我们可能更新本条款；持续使用视为接受更新。若你严重违反条款，我们可终止你的访问权限。终止后，已付费周期内的权益按 Apple 规则处理。

Terms of Service
1. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app in compliance with these terms. Do not use it for any unlawful purpose.
2. User content
You are responsible for the photos you capture and upload, and must not infringe others' rights or post unlawful content. You retain ownership of the content you capture.
3. Intellectual property
The software, design and copy are owned by PoseScene. Scene inspirations and preset templates are for personal learning use and may not be resold commercially without permission.
4. Membership (Auto-Renewable Subscription)
Membership is provided via Apple In-App Purchase as an auto-renewable subscription. Terms:
- Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly / yearly) unless cancelled early.
- How to cancel: You may turn off auto-renew or cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancellation, the subscription stops at period end and already-paid benefits remain unaffected.
- Renewal price: Each renewal is charged at the then-current price shown in-app for the selected plan, from your Apple ID account; it may match the initial price or change with the plan you choose.
- Charges: All subscription fees are collected and processed by Apple; we do not collect or store any payment credentials.
- Free trial: If your plan includes a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled under Apple's refund policy; we cannot directly initiate or guarantee a refund.
- Restore: You may use "Restore Purchases" in the app to recover existing membership on a new device or after reinstall.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service; we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
6. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction at the operator's domicile.
7. Changes & termination
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. We may terminate access if you materially breach the terms. Upon termination, in-period benefits are handled per Apple's rules.
